Fitness Center: Free access to treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight sets. To use a treadmill, visit the Reception Desk to complete a waiver, get training, and sign in/out each time. Wear tennis shoes and wipe down equipment after use.
Senior Center Library: A relaxing space with romance, fiction, science fiction, large print, and more. Self-checkout system. Local artist artwork on display.
Computer Lab: Check email, play games, and more. Use headphones for audio. No food or open containers (water bottles with lids OK). Printing services are not available.
Cypress Senior Citizens Club – Mondays: Arrivals 6:00 pm, meeting starts 7:00 pm, followed by refreshments and bingo.
Sunshine Club – Thursdays: Arrivals 1:30 pm, meeting starts 2:00 pm, followed by refreshments and bingo. Sunshine Club Senior Trips to musicals, landmarks, dining, and casinos — no membership or residency required. Contact Darlene Kelly at (714) 995-6735.
Plus 40’s Dance – Wednesday Nights: 6:00–9:00 pm, $7 per person. Ballroom music by “Now and Then,” refreshments served. Contact Gayle Weigert at (562) 715-3929.

Health Insurance Counseling Advocacy Program (HICAP) – thru Council on Aging Southern California. Tuesday, August 11 and 25, 9:30 am–12:30 pm. Free unbiased consultation for Orange County residents on Medicare, healthcare rights, Medicare Part D, supplemental insurance, HMOs, and long-term care insurance. Scheduled every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Schedule at the Reception Desk or call (714) 229-6670.
Notary Service (CarePatrol) – By appointment only, 20-minute appointments, free of charge, current valid ID required, 2nd Wednesday of the month. Next date: Wednesday, August 12, 12:00–2:00 pm.
